Nature and monuments

The B&B Kosmos is ideally located for exploring the monumental and natural beauties of the Province of Syracuse and eastern Sicily. Lovers of archaeology and art will be able to visit the nearby archeological Park of Syracuse, Ortigia and the Eurialo Castle. The entrance to the highway Catania-Siracusa-Gela (open to Rosolini) is only 6 Km away and can be reached in about 10 minutes. From there you can go south where you will find the sites of Noto, Pantalica, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa, all of them UNESCO World Heritage Site. South of Syracuse there are also some of the most beautiful Sicilian beaches such as Fontane Bianche, the Lido di Noto and Calamosche in the Vendicari nature reserve. Going north will be possible to visit the Etna, Catania and Taormina.
